DELIVERY AREA

Our primary Delivery Area is from St. Catharines South to Lake Erie at Port Colborne and all addresses East to the Niagara River. To qualify for delivery your address must use one of the following as the first 3 digits of the Postal Code: L0S L2A L2E L2G L2H L2J L2M L2N L2P L2R L2S L2T L2W L3B L3C L3K *If from some reason you live within this geographical area, but your Postal Code does not start with one of the above sequences we will still be happy to deliver to you. **If you do not live within the map area, but are still on the Niagara Peninsula we may be able to make delivery arrangements for you.  Please contact us for more information. The delivery day will be determined after the sale.  Our Delivery Dept will contact you to schedule an appointment.  At this time deliveries to Canada do not qualify for "Next Day" processing, but we will make every attempt to deliver in a timely fashion.

GENERAL INFORMATION

There is a $1,000 minimum purchase required to obtain delivery into Canada. This amount must exclude all taxes, duty, and delivery fees. Fees The delivery charge is $173.  This is per trip, not per item.  If you live outside of the primary Delivery Zone you will most likely need to pay a higher fee.  All deliveries are subject to the 5% GST rate and some items may also require an additional duty be paid.  You will be notified prior to delivery of any duty required. Qualifying Merchandise Only New in box items are eligible for delivery into Canada.  No floor models or scratch and dents models may be delivered.  Models made by Electrolux, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking are not eligible for delivery into Canada. Service & Warranty All merchandise delivered into Canada will no longer be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and no service on such items will be offered by Orville's Appliances. Terms of Delivery All pieces will be delivered "curbside", meaning they will be dropped off in your driveway, on your front porch, in the garage.  At no time will our Delivery Team enter your home.  Installation or hook-up services are not available. No old appliances will be removed from your premises. Merchandise will be opened and inspected for damage before leaving our Warehouse and again upon arrival at the delivery address. All boxes and packing material will be left at the delivery address. Arrival of Delivery Team: Due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, and routing we cannot predict your exact delivery time. Our delivery team will contact you on the morning of delivery between 7AM and 8AM to provide you with a 2 hour time window to expect delivery. If requested we will call you up to 1 hour prior to the delivery team's arrival. Please provide a secondary phone number where you may be contacted if necessary.   Payment on Delivery: COD's are not accepted at the time of delivery.  Your order must be paid in full prior to the scheduled delivery day.
