GENERAL INFORMATION

Fees Freight delivery charges vary based on the overall dimensions and weight of the merchandise being shipped.  Due to the ever changing cost of fuel, we are unable to quote an exact shipping fee until after your order has been placed.  Typically most full size appliances will cost between $250 and $550 to ship.  Smaller items weighing less than 100 lbs may be delivered via UPS Ground and you should expect to pay between $50 and $100 for shipping. Qualifying Merchandise Only New in Box items are eligible for Nationwide Freight Delivery.  No floor models or scratch & dent models may be delivered.  Models made by Electrolux, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking are not eligible for Nationwide Freight Delivery. Service & Warranty Coverage All merchandise is covered by the original Manufacturer's Warranty.  Please refer to the Customer Service or Warranty Service phone number included with your merchandise if you need service.  All Orvilles.com purchases are also eligible for a Preferred Service Plan which will extend the manufacturer's warranty an additional 4 years.  Pricing for this coverage will be shown on each individual item's description page.  Please click here for more information. Terms of Delivery All pieces will be delivered "curbside", meaning they will be dropped off in your driveway, on your front porch, in the garage.  At no time will the Freight company personnel enter your home.  Installation or hook-up services are not available. No old appliances will be removed from your premises. All boxes and packing material will be left at the delivery address. Shipment Time: Due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, and routing we cannot predict your exact shipment time. You will be given an approximate transit time when your order is processed and the freight company will call you before their arrival.
