Orville's makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on Orville's.com is accurate, complete, and up to date. In spite of our efforts there may be instances where product or rebate information contains inaccurate or incomplete data. Orville's makes no guarantee that the content of Orville's.com is error-free, complete, or up to date. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content of Orville's.com at any time without notice. Orville's also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order which contains an error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment processed. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed we will issue a refund for the full amount charged.
Rebates
All rebates displayed on this site are offered by the manufacturers not Orville's Home Appliances. They are subject to the terms and conditions specified by each manufacturer, including qualifying purchase dates, quantity limitations, and eligibility of combining offers. Please save a copy of all paperwork submitted for an offer in case you need to contact the manufacturer regarding your rebate. Orville's cannot be held responsible for unfulfilled rebate claims.
Price Guarantee
Orville's will gladly meet and beat any legitimate price from an authorized reseller. Complete competitor's price is subject to matching (i.e. shipping and handling fees).
Credit Card Charges
Orville's currently uses Authorize.Net to process secure online credit card transactions. Your credit card is charged when you submit your order and receive the confirmation screen with your order number. In the case of special order merchandise your card will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE amount equal to 50% of the product's purchase price upon submittal of your order. The balance will be processed on delivery of the item(s). For products that are normally stocked but temporarily out of stock when you place your order you may request to only leave a 20% deposit on your order until the merchandise is delivered.
