NAVIGATION TIPS

To shop online with us simply use the options in our menu bar at the left of each page.

The top line of the menu bar consists of links to information about various aspects of Orvilles Appliances and Orvilles.com.

In our menu bar at the left of the page at the top is a white  "cart"  link. Clicking this will take you to the contents of your shopping cart and allow you to complete your purchase. Even if you're only doing research, it's very useful to add items to your cart so you can create a shopping list that you may print out for future reference or if you intend to shop at one of our stores or even comparison shop at a different retailer.

Located under our  "checkout"  link is our "Search" box. You may enter model numbers, brands, or product types into this box and click "" and you will be given a listing of all matching items available.

Selecting your desired Brand in the left navigation will redirect you to a listing of all items from that Brand. Selecting your desired Product Type from the left navigation will redirect you to a listing of all items within that Product Type.

DON'T WORRY. IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR SELECTION THE MENU BAR WILL APPEAR ON EVERY PAGE.

Dark red underlined type indicates a link. Like the areas in the navigation to the left, links are connections to other parts of the store.
Clicking the "Back" button on your browser's toolbar or the "Back Space" key on your keyboard will return you to the previous page.
Using the scroll bar on the right side of the screen will allow you to move up and down through the current page.

FIND WHAT YOU WANT

• If you already know what you want our "Search" box will allow you to quickly find it.  To just browse our selection you may use the "Shop By.." navigation on the left, or use the "Search" box and input your desired Brand, Product Type, or Description.

• If you do not see what you want there is a good chance WE CAN ORDER IT FOR YOU.  Click here to submit a special order request.

DELIVERY TIMES

We are pleased to offer IN-STORE PICKUP or LOCAL HOME DELIVERY within our Western New York Delivery Zones.  To check if you live within our Delivery Zones please click here.

We also offer curbside delivery to the Niagara Peninsula Region of Southern Ontario, Canada.  Click here for details. 

Freight delivery may also be arranged for customers throughout the Continental U.S.  Contact us for more info.

Customers who request HOME DELIVERY or IN-STORE PICKUP will be contacted within 24 hours for orders placed Sunday thru Thursday and on the following Monday for orders placed on Friday or Saturday to verify if the merchandise is in stock and schedule their delivery or pickup date.

Just follow these steps to place your online order:

1. To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Add One To Cart" or "Add To Cart" button next to your desired item.
    
2. You will then be taken to your shopping cart.  You can remove an item from your order in this screen.  You may also view your cart at any time by clicking on the red and white "Cart" button at the top right of any screen.
    
3. To checkout, click the "Checkout" button from within your shopping cart or you may continue shopping by clicking the "Continue Shopping" button.
    
4. Fill in your "Ship To" and "Bill To" information
    
5.  Choose your shipping and payment methods
    
6. Verify that all information is correct.  If paying by credit card, fill in your card information and click "Place Order".
    
7. Your order is placed and you will receive confirmation from us regarding your delivery or customer pickup date.
