Stock Status / Product Availability

The products offered for sale on Orvilles.com fall under one of the following categories of availability:

• Products displaying the "In Stock" button are available for immediate customer pick up or delivery as per Orville's Delivery Schedule.  For information on delivery please click here.  Occasionally we may run out of a particular item due to overwhelming demand or manufacturer production/shipping schedules. In the event that an item is not in stock you will be notified as to when we expect it to arrive and in some instances a comparable in-stock item may be offered as a substitute. If you do not wish to wait for your product(s), a full refund will be given.

• Products displaying the "Special Order Item" button need to be ordered from the manufacturer and are not available for immediate customer pick up or delivery.  The lead time required for the merchandise to ship to Orville's warehouse varies by manufacturer.  Typically most special orders arrive in 10-14 business days.  Of course it's always possible that the merchandise may arrive sooner than that or in some instances a longer wait time can occur.  Either way, Orville's will keep you informed as to the status of your order.

• This message typically pertains to closeout or limited quantity merchandise.  Once this number goes to zero we will no longer be able to sell this item at this price or most likely not at all.

Some general information to keep in mind when shopping at Orvilles.com:

• Customers placing orders online will be contacted within 24 hours for orders placed Sunday thru Thursday and on the following Monday for orders placed Friday or Saturday to verify inventory and schedule a delivery or customer pick up date.
   
• If you require next day delivery or pick up or same day pick up please DO NOT order from Orville's.com but rather contact one of our retail showrooms to place your order and arrange for delivery or pick up.
   
• Loaner Appliances:
  A loaner appliance may be offered to customers who order an out of stock appliance and are willing to wait for it to arrive but REQUIRE a useable appliance until their new one arrives.  Product categories covered by loaners are Refrigerators and Free Standing Ranges.  The loaner product supplied will be a functional apartment size model, 10-15 cu.ft. refrigerator or a 20" free standing range.  If a loaner is necessary the details will be discussed during your follow up inventory verification call after you place your order.
