We are presently able to offer IN-STORE PICKUP or LOCAL HOME DELIVERY within our Western New York Delivery Zones.  To check if you live within our Delivery Zones please click here.

Orville's Delivery Fleet services Buffalo, NY, the surrounding Western New York State area, and the Niagara Peninsula Region of Southern Ontario, Canada.  Delivery outside of this area may be arranged with a third party Freight company.  Please contact us for a quote prior to your purchase.

Orvilles.com customers will be contacted within 24 hours for orders placed Sunday thru Thursday and on the following Monday for orders placed on Friday or Saturday to verify if the merchandise is in stock and schedule their delivery or pick up date.

LOCAL HOME DELIVERY

  • Home Delivery Zone 1 ($49)
    Choose this option if you live within Zone 1 on our zip code chart and you will have your entire order delivered in a single trip to your home. Click here for more details on our delivery policy.
     
  • Home Delivery Zone 2 ($98)
    Choose this option if you live within Zone 2 on our zip code chart and you will have your entire order delivered in a single trip to your home. Click here for more details on our delivery policy.
     
  • Home Delivery - Multiple Trips* ($74)
    Choose this option if you live within Zone 1 on our zip code chart and you need more than one delivery trip to complete your order.  This is typically used by customers who are building or remodeling. Click here for more details on our delivery policy.

    *Customers living in Zone 2 are not eligible for multiple delivery trips.

CUSTOMER PICK UP

  • Customer Pick Up - Bailey Ave Store
    Choose this option if you wish to pick up your merchandise at our Bailey Avenue store. Typically, in stock items are available after 4PM the day after you receive your confirmation call from us.  Your exact pick up date will be provided during your follow up call.  Click here for pick up hours and directions.
     
  • Customer Pick Up - Walden Ave Store
    Choose this option if you wish to pick up your merchandise at our Walden Avenue store.   • Customer Pick Up - Quaker Crossing Store
    Choose this option if you wish to pick up your merchandise at our Quaker Crossing store.   • Customer Pick Up - Transit Rd Store
    Choose this option if you wish to pick up your merchandise at our Transit Rd store.   • Customer Pick Up - Warehouse*
