Cooking Surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 70,000 BTU and includes 1 powerful sealed dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, Features continuous cast iron grates, wok-ring and reversible grill/griddle. The 30" oven has a capacity of 4.32 cu. ft. with a combined broil and bake output of 26,000 BTUs and a 3-layer glass insulator from heat and oven door window. Internal convection fan with element helps achieve fast temperatures with precision and consistent oven cooking. Included are 2 oven racks, an air fry rack & basket, drip pan that can be used for steam cleaning in the oven and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
