The cooking surface has 6 sealed burners with a total output of 83,000 BTU. included is 1 powerful 20K dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces, The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware and allow the ease of sliding pan off a hot burner. The 5.26 cu. ft. gas oven has a total broil and bake output of 44,000 BTU and the option of using true convection bake, broil or roasting. Included are 2 oven racks and LP conversion kit. Additionally, zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings will maintain their beauty for years. All FORNO products come with a 2 year warranty.
