I love how quiet this dishwasher is. I do wish the screen tha shows how much time the dishwasher has been running was on the front.

Plus: • Stainless steel interior • Exterior color options • Easy to understand operation • Third-rack removability • Ability to lower rack back tines • Ease of accessing trap to remove particulate matter that may accumulate after a wash • Light on door that alerts to washing cycle completed • More quiet than previous dishwasher
Minus: • Third-rack too close to top for many utensils (i.e. soup laddle, larger whisks, etc.) • Washing not always effective on the third level level • Third rack is too low to have taller glasses in middle rack if that's in the "high" position • If middle rack is in "low" position, taller dinner plates in bottom rack are hit by the washing arm as it spins • Needed to purchase a wine/stem glass adapter separately to stabilize them on the rack • Placement of tines doesn't seem to keep many items stable • Drying function doesn't always work well but if it's not selected, the entire interior of the dishwasher retains completely wet • Personal preference to have utensil containers across front of bottom rack instead of along side

There is a thin rubber elbow hose on the circulator pump that will fail at ~2 yrs. You can't buy the hose itself, must purchase entire pump assembly which will be >$100. Read reviews associated with service kit WD19X25460 (WD19X25700). Over 20 instances of this failure suggest a material defect or design deficiency.

Best dishwasher we have ever owned ..... Very quiet as well !

This dishwasher is amazing and cleans the dishes without the need to presoak.
