To check the status of your upcoming delivery in real-time, enter the invoice number associated with your purchase. Please note: Live tracking is only available on your scheduled delivery, service, or installation date after 8:00 AM.

Professional  Installation

Orville's is pleased to offer our customers professional re-installation of replacement appliances. Our installers are factory trained and certified to install 6 days a week.

Not sure if your appliance will fit? We offer a $100 site evaluation before you make your purchase. Our team will visit your home to ensure your new appliance fits perfectly!

Installation is available to customers residing within Zone 1 of our Western New York Delivery Area. Your available options will be shown under the “You Might Also Need” section on the product page. If you live outside of Zone 1, please call for pricing.

Disclaimer: Orville's will not complete any installation that requires alterations to your circuit/fuse box. This may be required for any "NEW" installation because most appliances are required to have their own dedicated circuit.

Haul  Away

You can trust us to safely remove your old unit when we deliver a new one in your home. Then we will make sure it is properly and safely recycled in an effort to conserve environmental waste.
