If you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing, and financial information (credit card account numbers). Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you regarding the status of your order. The financial information collected is used ONLY to process payment for the products ordered.
Our online surveys ask visitors for contact information and demographic information. We use the contact data to send consumers information about our company and to follow up on survey responses when asked to do so.
We maintain a previous customer database email list and run contests periodically in which we ask for contact information. This information is used to contact winners and provide information about our company. No contest information entered on this site will be shared with other companies. The customer's contact information is also used to contact consumers when necessary, such as product recalls or service issues. Users may choose not to receive future mailings from us by deleting their names from our list.
