Three Ultra-Low™ burners easily maintain temperatures as low as 100° to prepare your favorite delicate sauces and sugary confections. A beautiful chromium griddle provides consistent, even heating across the entire surface for restaurant results and thanks to a durable, polished finish it will resist scratches for years to come. The 18-inch oven combines steam and convection cooking for gourmet results at home. The 30-inch oven features ProHeat™ convection technology with a rear-wall element and fan to evenly distribute heat to every rack.
