Option 1: To submit online, please visit BekoPromotions.com. Follow the directions to enter your name and address and upload your receipt.
Option 2: Please complete all of the required information for your mail-in rebate request on the rebate form by going to BekoPromotions.com, including your email address and all eligible products. Incomplete forms will not be processed. Include the retail invoice or sales slip (photocopy acceptable) that shows the product number, name of store where the product was purchased, and the date of purchase.
You will receive an email from bekopromotions@360Incentives.com with your claim status. Once approved, your payment will also be sent via email with instructions for selecting a virtual or physical Mastercard Prepaid Card.
