Fills up with expensive city water during draining

Miss the old models that did what they were supposed to. Will be switching brands after this, very annoyed at the cost and fact it hogs our expensive city water when it’s supposed to be draining and spinning.

washes good

only issue i have found is that it is sensitive and if you wash a big load and it is not balanced the machine goes on pause until you distribute the close evenly. i shouldnt have to be around the machine everytime i clean something to make sure the drum doesnt start rattling bad and then goes into pause mode.

I gave mine away after 2 years of frustration

Pros: Wifi. It would send me messages to let me know when the laundry was done

Cons: Deep mostly unusable drum.
Waste a lot of water by constantly rebalancing the load.
It tries to run away only to be foiled by the water connections.
The drum beats the heck out of the side of the machine on spin cycle start up
You cant turn the volume down on the super annoying tune it plays.
Went through 2 machines in 2 years. The first one dinted it's self the first week on spin cycle(trying to run away), Home Depot replaced that one. The second one had a failed circuit under warranty. Then the plastic main drive pully stripped out. But by then we were done with this machine.
I bought this because I wanted a top of the line machine. But this machine is an engineering step in the wrong direction.

Suggestions, 800 rpm is too much off balances are greatly exerbated by these speeds.
Put a volume/off button on the tone.
After 2 rebalance attempts, have the machine stop for user intervention

We love the large tub size, glass top, and quiet running washer. So nice to have the choice for a short cycle. Very economical.
