At Orville's, our customers know they have someone to call when an appliance needs repair. We provide factory-authorized in-home warranty and out-of-warranty service on most major brands we sell. For any product requiring carry-in service, such as a microwave or air conditioner, please contact us for your repair options. Our seasoned staff of professional technicians are factory trained and re-trained in providing the ultimate in timely and up-to-date service to our customers 6 days a week.

Be advised that if your product is less than a year old, the manufacturer requires you to contact them directly to initiate a service claim. Please refer to your owner’s manual for the appropriate phone number. Speed Queen is the exception to this; contact Orville's directly if you're in need of service.
Have your product's model and serial number ready. If you are not sure where to locate the model and serial number, please refer to the chart below.
For any out-of-warranty work, be prepared for our call taker to ask for a valid credit card account number. This is only used to reserve your appointment but will be charged if the service call is not paid for upon the completion of work.
It's always a good idea to have a backup phone number available, just in case.
Please be available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, for our technicians to perform work on your appliance. We cannot guarantee specific service times. You will receive an automated call on the morning of your appointment to inform you of the service time. If you prefer, we can arrange for the technician to call you when they are on the way to the service address.
