Our old freezer stopped working after 34 years and a move cross country. We ordered a new on from a local vendor but had to wait three weeks for delivery. The delivery guys plugged it in but 24 hours later it had stopped working. It had tripped the GFI outlet. Took a week to get it returned. That's when I called Orville's the gave me a better freezer for the same price as the one I had to return. AND, they had the new one delivered within 24 hours of ordering! Not 3 weeks. Outstanding product and outstanding service and each person I interacted with was friendly and professional. They got my business forever.

Love everything about this freezer! Glass shelves and clear drawers are so nice to see products. Hold so much .

So Good So Far

Been using for 1 month now and all works as intended. It's a large freezer with plenty of shelves and trays. Digital readout on front is for set point only and really useless IMO...why not show temperature instead??? Did price match at HD with another local company.
